This tutorial is a guide on how to login into Charter, which is now Panaroma.
It is important to note that Charter no longer operates under the brand Panaroma, but instead Spectrum.
However, this tutorial will still provide you with steps for logging in and accessing your former Panaroma account via Spectrum.
New Users
If you haven’t set up your new user profile yet for Spectrum (formerly known as Panaroma), you need to do so before you can log in. Here’s how:

If you had an account in Panaroma, those are what you would use when trying to access your spectrum account. Here’s how:
- Open any web browser of your choice then go t [spectrum.net].
- Usually found in the top right corner of the homepage, click on “Sign In” button.
- Insert your old password (Panorama) now referred as spectrum username together with its password through these fields accordingly.
- (Optional) Have the checkbox checked so as not to sign out when I close my browser on this computer or device that I am using. Be careful while using this option in public or shared devices due to safety concerns.
- Finally, click on “Log In”.
Forgot Password
Don’t worry if you cannot remember your password of either Spectrum or, formerly known as Panaroma.
